See expected arrival, actual arrival, and individual container discharge. Vessel arrival alone is not pickup availability.
Holds and availability
Use the identified destination terminal to check supported customs, freight, and terminal holds plus pickup availability.
Last free day and storage
Where the assigned terminal provides them, review pickup LFD and storage or fee information. Confirm deadlines and amounts with the terminal.
Pickup and empty return
Follow full out after pickup and the ONE empty-return milestone. Confirm the approved return location and deadline separately.

ONE holds, availability, LFD, and storage
A carrier discharge event does not make a ONE container ready for pickup. The ONE coverage record identifies the destination terminal, but the facility remains the authority for pickup conditions. Check customs and carrier release, terminal holds, availability, appointment access, and the last free day (LFD) before sending a driver.
LFD is the final day in the applicable free-time period. It does not guarantee that pickup is possible. Storage, demurrage, detention, and empty-return rules can vary by terminal, equipment, agreement, and date.
