Pre-loading reservation ID. Useful for tracking shipments before a bill of lading has been issued.
What you see when tracking Evergreen
The timeline separates ocean and inland movement from terminal pickup checks. That distinction matters because a vessel can arrive before the container is discharged, and a discharged container can still be unavailable.
Vessel ETA and discharge
See the expected arrival, actual arrival, and the individual container discharge event. Vessel arrival alone is not pickup availability.
Holds and availability
Confirm the assigned terminal from the arrival notice, then use its page or portal to check customs, freight, and terminal holds before dispatch.
Last free day and storage
Check the terminal for pickup LFD and storage or fee information. Confirm the governing deadline and amount directly with the terminal.
Pickup and empty return
Follow full-out after pickup and Evergreen empty-return milestones. Confirm the approved return location and deadline separately.

Evergreen holds, availability, LFD, and storage
A discharged container is not automatically ready for pickup. Evergreen's current coverage row does not provide the destination-terminal field, so use the arrival notice to identify the facility. Then confirm customs and freight release, terminal holds, availability, appointment access, and the last free day (LFD).
LFD is the final day of the applicable free-time period, not a promise that the box can be collected. Storage, demurrage, and detention rules vary by facility, location, equipment, contract, and date.
